USPAP Standard Rule 9-3 Is Of Importance

Did you know that under Standards Rule 9-3 states and we quote, If liquidation of all or part of the enterprise is the appropriate premise of value, the scope of work may include an appraisal of real or tangible property. If so, COMPETENCY in real property appraisal or tangible personal property appraisal is required.
